The location was exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Hot Water. There were shopping centres and a supermarket around the hotel. Queen studio had a great bed.

The staff was extremely unfriendly.

Our room was well-organised and complete with heater, bathroom, as example. Its location was very central, right next to Foot Spa. The staff members were all best and excellent.

The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating. the location was particularly good and perfect, with Polynesian Spa within walking distance.

The staff here are wonderfully helpful and you can conveniently park your car on-site, the location is ideal and peaceful, just a 15-minute stroll to Tamaki Maori Village.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops. the rooms are impressive and perfect, featuring TV and super comfy beds.

We came to Rotorua for a short stay, everything was perfect. Besides, the location was absolutely incredible and excellent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a nature park. Also was next to bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was nt very clean or well kept and available with large TV and enough lockers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. The location of this place is really convenient. All the important places were within a walking distance from here. Also, their service is top-notch. I was really impressed with their laundry and room amenities. The place has a nice leisure swimming pool and garden area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was awesome too.

Tbh, had a really really nice stay for one night. Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was well laid out and well-kept. The location was particularly good and perfect, within easy walking distance of Polynesian Spa.

Lava Lodge offers great value for money and is conveniently located within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city centre. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The basic amenities provided are sufficient, with lockers available in the rooms. The breakfast provided is good and adds to the overall value of the stay. Additionally, the attention to detail is evident in the well-kept rooms and cleanliness.

The only aspect that could be improved is the noise level from other guests.

The setting was quite marvellous and lovely within easy reach of Tamaki Maori Village.

The place is conveniently situated near the North Island, parks, and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for a weekend getaway that I will definitely choose again in the future.

The coffee and tea facilities were appreciated, as was the quietness of the hotel. The bed was comfy and the internet in some spots was good. The location was convenient, with the ISite centre and main streets within walking distance.

Bathrooms were small and few, and the limited power points made charging multiple devices a challenge. No lift was available, and there was no TV remote in the room.

Had really enjoyable stay for one night and the weather was warm. The employees were very amiable and best. It was in a comfortable location with a nature park nearby. The meal served at the attached restaurant was fab.

Affordable and cheap meals. Huge & great value for money unit with enough lockers for everyone. Absolutely perfect location to Racing Rotorua...
